 XAC Group Import & Export Co. Ltd. (Hereinafter called XAC IEC briefly.) was founded on Dec. 10th, 1992. XAC IEC is a foreign trade enterprise with artificial person qualification, which undertakes all kinds of goods and technique import and export business by acting as self-support business and agent business, approved by Foreign Economic Trade Ministry of the People’s Republic of China. XAC IEC has been changed to be a limited corporation since Dec.9th, 2004. XAC IEC plays a role as foreign trade window for Xi’an Aircraft Industry Group (Mother company). By the end of 2009, total assets for XAC IEC is around 300,000,000 US Dollars.
The main business scope for XAC IEC includes import business, export business, acting as agent business, warehouse storage and logistics etc. XAC IEC has set up long term co-operations with many famous companies in the world such as USA GE company, Boeing, Alcoa, Honeywell, Airbus, Mitsubishi, Japan Bonnflon , Norway Gelang Sea Engineering Group, Italy Riello Group.
Import business includes Alcoa Fastenings, Mitsubish metal sheet, Mitsubishi Maftec, Japan Bonnflon, Italy Riello, France Clufix and Lanfranco Products, France XinFeng System, airplane materials and electrical CMOS chip. Export business includes MA60 airplane, textile, costume, antenna, oil equipment, honeycomb metal etc. Agent business includes ship export, sub-contract programs for Boeing and airbus, import equipment, import raw materials and finished equipments for airplane etc. Through warehouse storage and logistics, XAC IEC provides JIT service based on public boned warehouse. XAC IEC has intellectual properties on GE machining program and fasteners. At the same time, XAC IEC has co-operated with Honeywell for logistics in China and Norway Gelang Sea Engineering Group for development and research on sea engineering.
